How to Register on Umang App?
You can create an account by following these steps –
- Download the UMANG app on your smartphone from the apple or play store
- Open the app and click on the ‘Create Account’
- Enter your mobile number
- Click on the ‘Get OTP’ button and enter the same once received
- Enter the captcha and agree to the terms and conditions
- Click on the ‘Register’ button
After creating an account, set a four-digit MPIN. Using this you can log in to your account without any hassle. There is an alternative to the UMANG Login process which is via OTP.
UMANG UAN Activation Process
Once you open the UMANG app, follow the instructions shown below for UAN Activation –
- Tap on the ‘EPFO Services’ button
- Upon doing so, a new page will appear
- Find and tap on the ‘Activation’ option
- To activate your UAN, insert your name, mobile number, email address, etc.
- Afterward, click on ‘Get OTP’
- When you receive the activation OTP, enter the same
- Now, complete the process by agreeing to the terms and conditions
When you tick the terms and conditions box, double-tap the ‘Submit’ button. Upon successful submission of the UMANG UAN Activation, you’ll receive a confirmation on the mobile app.
